Get cfdi xml

Get a download link for the stamped CFDI XML of one CFDI (invoice, credit note or payment complement; invoice_id is its id). Read-only. The XML itself is not returned. Only signed (or canceled) invoices have an XML: a draft answers invalid_state until sign_invoice stamps it. Returns {invoice_id, uuid, filename (.xml), content_type "application/xml", size_bytes, download_url, expires_at}. download_url is opened in a browser to save the file; the MCP access token does not fetch it. The link expires at expires_at (15 minutes, ISO 8601 UTC); a new call returns a new one. get_cfdi_pdf returns the PDF link.
