List the caller's stamp-credit history, newest first: the top-ups that added credit and the stamps that used it. Read-only. This concerns the account's prepaid credit only, not CFDIs (those are in list_invoices) and not payments received for an invoice. Returns {billing: on, total, limit, offset, entries: [{when (ISO 8601 UTC or null), kind (topup | bonus | welcome_bonus | referral_bonus | stamp | stamp_refund | adjustment), amount (signed: stamps are negative), currency, cfdi_id (the stamped document, for stamp rows, else null)}]} or {billing: off}.
