List the caller's support tickets, newest first. Read-only; works with no issuer. Returns {tickets: [{id, title, state (open | in_progress | resolved | closed), created_at, updated_at, message_count, last_message_from (user | support | null)}]}. A ticket whose last_message_from is support has an answer to read with get_support_ticket. Error: support_unavailable.
