Create the link a receiver uses to fill in their own fiscal data for a draft type I invoice, so the issuer does not collect it. The receiver opens the link, reviews the invoice, enters their RFC, name, postal code, tax regime and CFDI use (and optionally email and phone), and the invoice is stamped automatically; the same link then offers the PDF and XML downloads, and the receiver is saved in your receiver directory (list_receivers). The draft has no Receptor and is otherwise valid. expected_version is the version last read. The result's url is returned only once and Cefidia does not send it to the receiver. Anyone who has the url can enter the receiver data and trigger the stamp, which is charged to the caller's credit (see get_account_credit); revoke_invoice_share turns it off. While the link is open the draft cannot be updated or deleted; sign_invoice still works. One open link per invoice: sharing again answers already_shared until the link is revoked. Returns a needs_csd status if the issuer has no CSD.
