title: Save a receiver

Save a receiver (a customer the issuer invoices) in the calling issuer's directory, or update the one with the same RFC. Receivers reached through share_invoice_draft are saved automatically. email and phone are optional and kept when omitted. The result's receptor is the CFDI Receptor node to copy into a draft.
